We guarantee the delivery of your order, only if you use EMS – express post service, shipping method. Although we ship with maximum discretion and have a high rate of successful deliveries, there is still a possibility of risk with international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. If the package is seized by customs, simply send us scaned picture of the original letter of the customs seizure and we will send you again your goods absolutely free of charge, or refund money 50% of total order amount, but only if you use EMS shipping method. We can not guarantee delivery of your goods, or refunding money if you use any other shipping method.
